We dispatch your order from our warehouse within 1–3 working days. Delivery then usually takes 4–9 working days. You’ll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Nothing at all. Standard delivery is free on every order, and no delivery charges are added at checkout.

Yes. You have 30 days to return it, from the day you receive your order. Email us at support@oraalia.com with your order number and we’ll send you the returns address and instructions. You’ll find the full terms in our returns and refunds policy.

All our products come with a one-year guarantee. If your product develops a fault or stops working within 365 days of delivery, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
