Terms of service

These terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on oraalia.com. By completing your order, you accept them.

1. Who we are

Oraalia – 30 N Gould St, Suite R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA – support@oraalia.com

2. Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Images are for illustration only and are not a binding representation of the exact shade, which may vary from one screen to another.

Our offers are available while stocks last. If an item turns out to be out of stock after you’ve ordered, we’ll let you know and refund you in full.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Standard delivery is free. We may change our prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you complete your order.

4. Orders

Your order is binding once you’ve received our order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we have a legitimate reason: suspected fraud, an earlier unresolved dispute, an address that is clearly incorrect, or an unusually large quantity.

5. Payment

Payment is taken when you order, by bank card or any of the other payment methods offered at checkout. Transactions are secured by our payment provider. We never have access to your full card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms and times are set out in our delivery information. Delivery times given are a guide.

7. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 days to cancel your order; we extend this to 30 days from the day you receive it, on the terms set out in our returns and refunds policy.

8. Your statutory rights and our guarantee

All our products are covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, in addition, by our own one-year guarantee.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of your order, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for use of a product other than for its intended purpose, for modifications made by the buyer, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights.

10. Intellectual property

All content on oraalia.com – text, images, logo and design – is protected. Any reproduction without Oraalia’s written consent is prohibited.

11. Personal data

How we handle your personal data is explained in our privacy policy.

12. Disputes and governing law

If a dispute arises, we’ll first try to resolve it amicably: email us at support@oraalia.com. If we can’t reach an agreement, you can refer the matter to an approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider or bring a claim before the courts. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts, and in every case you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the part of the UK where you live.

13. Changes

We may change these terms at any time. The version that applies is the one published when you placed your order.
