Where we deliver

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery is free on every order. No delivery charges are added at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are picked and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time

Please allow 4 to 9 working days after dispatch. These times are a guide and may be longer during busy periods (Christmas, sales) or if the carrier is experiencing delays.

Tracking your order

As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel at any time on our Track your order page.

It can take 24 to 48 hours for your tracking number to show its first movement. That’s normal – the carrier has to scan the parcel first.

Orders sent in several parcels

If you order more than one item, they may be sent separately and arrive a few days apart. Each parcel has its own tracking number.

Incorrect address

Please check your address carefully when you order. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away at support@oraalia.com – we can correct the address as long as the parcel hasn’t been dispatched. After that, a parcel returned to us because of an invalid address will be re-sent at your expense.

Customs, duties and VAT

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Any import charges are handled in line with UK rules. If the carrier nevertheless asks you to pay anything on delivery, please contact us at support@oraalia.com before paying and we’ll sort it out.
