Frequently asked questions
How do the insoles work?
How do the insoles work?
Our insoles are designed to support the alignment of your feet and legs and reduce everyday strain. They give cushioning and stability to your arch, which plays a key role in spreading your weight and absorbing impact.
How do I choose the right size?
How do I choose the right size?
Our Oraalia® insoles come in two sizes: S (women’s UK 2.5–6.5 / EU 35–40, men’s UK 2.5–7.5 / EU 35–41) and L (women’s UK 6.5–10.5 / EU 40–45, men’s UK 6.5–11 / EU 40–46). Each insole has trim lines on the underside, one for each shoe size. Choose the size that covers your shoe size, then cut the insole along the right line with scissors.
For example, if you’re a UK 5 (EU 38), choose S and cut along line 38. If you’re a UK 8 (EU 42), choose L and cut along line 42. In a few seconds, the insole fits your shoe perfectly.
How long do the insoles last?
